If you are not satisfied with the performance of a BIC product, please return it to BIC and we will gladly replace it.

To make a claim please return the product in its original packaging together with a copy of your proof of purchase (either receipt or invoice) and your name, address and telephone number to the relevant postal address above. Return claims must be made within 3 months of purchase. You bear the expense of returning the product to us. The policy is given in addition to other rights and remedies available under applicable consumer laws.
IN AUSTRALIA ONLY: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
